No. The Hold fee is non-refundable. This is the cost of exclusive reservation. The fee is disclosed clearly before payment.
What happens if the seller removes the horse?
If the seller removes the horse during your Hold, HorseStox issues a full refund and the seller account is penalised.
Can I extend my Hold?
You can purchase an additional Hold period if available and if no other Hold request is pending.
What if I find a material problem in the Field Report?
If the Field Report reveals a significant undisclosed issue, HorseStox admin may approve a partial Hold refund at their discretion.
